Quality Assurance Engineer

As a QA Engineer at vResolv.io, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of our projects. Your keen attention to detail, understanding of technical requirements, and passion for quality will drive the success of our projects. With a knack for critical thinking and out-of-the-box problem solving, you will ensure our software meets and exceeds our customers' expectations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed user requirement analyses to derive testing points and understand technical requirements thoroughly.
- Execute bug reporting and tracking with precision, ensuring all issues are documented and addressed.
- Utilize basic Linux commands and scripting to set up, modify, and troubleshoot test environments.
- Operate and manage virtual machines (VMs) efficiently for testing purposes.
- Identify and analyse memory leaks and performance issues, suggesting optimizations.
- Apply critical thinking to test and validate product functionalities.
- Engage in comprehensive testing, including UI/UX evaluations, to enhance product usability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with overall project goals.
Technical Requirements
- Proven experience in QA testing or a similar role.
- Familiarity with operating systems from the command line and basic scripting (Bash & Batch) skills.
- Strong understanding of memory leaks, performance issues, and how to diagnose them.
- Experience with virtual machine operations, including setup and management.
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering principles is preferred.
