Predictive Retention: Churn Analysis for Telecom Giant

Overview

We developed a predictive solution for one of Pakistan’s leading telecommunications companies to analyze and forecast two key customer behaviors: churn and handset change. Using five years of anonymized prepaid base data from 0.5 million users, we implemented a machine learning model to proactively identify potential churners and customers likely to switch handsets. This allowed the company to take targeted actions, improving customer retention and enhancing the overall user experience.
